Daryl Oehm, Manager is a registered mental health nurse with a Masters in Community Development and Management, B.A (Social Sciences) and Graduate Diplomas (Education and Public Policy).  He has extensive experience in mental health service delivery, alcohol and drug services, secondary, adult and tertiary education.  His work has included health promotion, senior lecturer positions, senior roles in government policy and evaluation positions, senior health service management experience and roles in international aid services.  He maintains a keen interest in international development and health, cultural issues, governance and program development.
