Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) Catchment Areas

How to access population data for your specific catchment area:
Click on the links below to access population data from the 2006 ABS census for each Victorian mental health catchment area. When you click on the link, a dialogue box will appear. Select whether you wish to open the Excel file or save the file to your computer (saving the file will enable you to use the data to sum, create graphs, etc).

How data is arranged:
The data for each catchment area is presented in an Excel workbook, containing 4 separate worksheets (see label tabs along the bottom of the page). The first worksheet refers to Birthplace data, the second worksheet refers to data for Languages Spoken at Home, the third worksheet refers to data for English Proficiency, and the fourth worksheet refers to data for Treated Prevalence for CAMHS populations.

To print data:
Select the worksheet you are interested in, and select the Print option in your Excel program. You will need to print each worksheet separately. All worksheets have been set up to print in Landscape format and should print on a single A4 page.
